All purchases made through Hope In The Chaos are for digital items that will be available upon successful completion of payment. No physical products will be shipped.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Use

All products available through Hope In The Chaos are for individual household use only. They are not to be distributed, duplicated, shared, or resold. Violating these terms will result in your account being terminated.

When you make a purchase from Hope In The Chaos, you will automatically create a customer account. Details will be emailed to the account you provide. Please allow up to 12 hours for this email to arrive. You can access this account anytime at https://www.hopeinthechaos.com/my-account/. All purchases will be available via your account.
